Job description
- Contact and work with government departments
- Ensure revenue is achieved according to the assigned target
- Monitor and execute project contracts from initial stage to completion.
- Responsible for revenue growth of the state sector
- Plan and execute to achieve goals
- Monitor reports, appraise bidding plans, invite bids of investors
- Working with the team to complete the outline for bidding
- Fully hand over the project functional requirements of the investor to the deployment team
- Drafting and interacting with the Technical Department to sign the contract
- Monitor project progress and disbursement steps
Request
- Qualification: College or above majoring in Economics, IT, Telecommunications
- At least 01 year of business experience in the field of project business, making bidding documents.
- Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint...)
- Frequent business trips to the province
- Priority: candidates who have worked with state departments.
