MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

1. Soạn thảo, kiểm tra hợp đồng:

– Soát xét, kiểm tra tính pháp lý hợp đồng phát sinh trong quá trình hoạt động của doanh nghiệp.

– Soạn thảo và kiểm tra các hợp đồng thương mại, hợp đồng dịch vụ,…được công ty ký kết với các đối tác, khách hàng.

2. Soạn thảo và hoàn thiện hồ sơ, công văn, văn bản, biểu mẫu, tài liệu

– Soạn các công văn, văn bản gửi các Sở, ban, ngành.

– Soạn các hồ sơ pháp lý khác khi có phát sinh hoặc theo chỉ đạo trực tiếp từ ban lãnh đạo doanh nghiệp.

3. Tư vấn pháp lý

– Cung cấp các ý kiến pháp lý đối với các vấn đề phát sinh trong quá trình hoạt động của doanh nghiệp;

– Cảnh báo các rủi ro pháp lý có thể phát sinh trong quá trình hoạt động của doanh nghiệp.

4. Nghiên cứu những quy định pháp lý có liên quan đến hoạt động của công ty

Phải thường xuyên nghiên cứu các thông tư, nghị định, luật,…để đảm bảo việc hoạt động kinh doanh của doanh nghiệp phù hợp với quy định pháp luật, nắm bắt được những ưu đãi, chính sách cho doanh nghiệp.

– Có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại vị trí chuyên viên tư vấn pháp luật, tài chính cho các doanh nghiệp.

– Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/ đại học ngành luật.

– Khả năng phân tích, đánh giá thông tin nhanh.

– Khả năng chịu áp lực công việc cao.

– Kỹ năng giao tiếp, quản trị mối quan hệ.

– Kỹ năng quản lý thời gian.

– Trung thực, cẩn trọng, tỉ mỉ trong công việc

– Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề.

– Có thể đi công tác khi có yêu cầu.

– Sẵn sàng, vui vẻ hỗ trợ bộ phận kinh doanh để hoàn thiện mục tiêu của công ty.

CHÍNH SÁCH PHÚC LỢI

– 12 ngày phép/năm.

1. Job Description
– Contact (call/text/zalo/email…) to introduce and advise products and services to customers and book meeting appointments with customers through the provided database leads.
- Search for potential customers through online channels.
- Make a plan to find and enrich the database of potential customers.
– Contact consulting for additional product information, confirm customer information by phone (no need to close the order).
- Answer questions about the company's products for customers.
– Change the consultation call form to test and increase efficiency, the ability to close appointments with old / new customers as much as possible.

2. Job Requirements:
- Graduated from high schools, colleges, universities in related majors.
– Priority: English communication.
- Able to work in a pressurized environment, have negotiation ability, inspiring voice, not lisp, have persuasion skills.
– Honesty, progressive spirit, high pressure ability, long-term working.
- Experience in online business, telesales is an advantage.
- Proficient in skills on searching for information on Facebook, social networks, and customer information search engines.
