Các công cụ quản lý dữ liệu được tích hợp trong MapHub cho phép tạo, tích hợp dữ liệu, siêu dữ liệu và trực quan hóa bản đồ. Mỗi tập dữ liệu trong hệ thống có thể được chia sẻ công khai hoặc bị hạn chế để chỉ cho phép truy cập đối với những người dùng cụ thể.

Dữ liệu bản đồ chuyên ngành của các tỉnh đều được xây dựng và tập trung lưu trữ tại các Sở ban ngành… Vì vậy đây là đầu mối cung cấp dữ liệu cho Kho dữ liệu bản đồ dùng chung. 3. Phân hệ Dashboard:

Dashboard là một tính năng nâng cao trong hệ thống quản lý dữ liệu không gian địa lý dùng chung trên nền tảng bản đồ số Map4D, cung cấp cho người dùng nơi để thêm các tiện ích (widget). Chẳng hạn như biểu đồ, bản đồ, bảng, văn bản và bộ đếm, đồng thời có thể tạo kết nối giữa chúng để:

• • • Cung cấp tổng quan để hình dung rõ hơn về ngữ cảnh dữ liệu cụ thể.

Thông tin đa dạng (chữ, âm thanh, hình ảnh, video) về các điểm đến du lịch hấp dẫn tại Việt Nam thông qua giao diện bản đồ/giao diện tìm kiếm dễ dàng. Tại mỗi địa điểm, khách du lịch có thể lựa chọn trải nghiệm giúp khách du lịch có cái nhìn trực quan hứng thú hơn về điểm đến đó.
• Công nghệ VR360 tích hợp giúp du khách hoàn toàn có thể khám phá tour tham quan ảo trước khi đến các địa điểm du lịch qua công nghệ ảnh 360^o được thiết kế, bố cục giống hoàn toàn như tham quan thực tế. hỗ trợ trải nghiệm thực tế của du khách khi tham quan thông qua việc nhận diện và hiển thị chi tiết thông tin về các địa danh, về vị trí địa lý và giá trị lịch sử của các hiện vật, đồ vật tại địa điểm tham quan.
• Công nghệ phân tích dữ liệu lớn, thông tin lịch trình sự kiện cho phép phân tích đề xuất các điểm đến phù hợp, tối ưu trải nghiệm du khách.
• Công nghệ dịch đa ngôn ngữ cho phép chuyển đổi và hỗ trợ nhiều ngôn ngữ quốc tế.
• Ngoài ra, Smart tour còn cung cấp tính năng review, đánh giá, phản ánh các địa điểm, dịch vụ giúp khách du lịch dễ dàng chọn dịch vụ; các đơn vị cung cấp nâng cấp chất lượng dịch vụ, chất lượng phục vụ; cơ quan quản lý nắm bắt thống kê, hoạch định, điều chỉnh chính sách.

Smart tour mang đến bộ giải pháp tổng thể, toàn diện dành cho cả 3 đối tượng được hưởng các tiện ích của giải pháp, gồm:

• Khách du lịch.
• Tổ chức, cá nhân, doanh nghiệp hoạt động du lịch
• Cơ quan quản lý: Sở Văn hóa, Thể thao và Du lịch; Sở Du lịch và Cơ quan, tổ chức, cá nhân khác có liên quan

3. Hệ sinh thái và chức năng

3.1       Khách du lịch

• Tham quan trải nghiệm, khám phá địa điểm du lịch trên bản đồ số 3D, tương tác 3D.
• Tìm kiếm tra cứu thông minh địa điểm du lịch, tuyến – lộ trình du lịch, tra cứu thông tin sự kiện – lễ hội.
• Tìm đường và chỉ dẫn lộ trình du lịch thông minh trực quan trên bản đồ số 2D/3D với đa dạng phương tiện, có thể tùy biến theo nhu cầu đặc thù (đường biển, đường mòn, đường nội khu…vv).
• Tra cứu các thông tin dich vụ tiện ích: ăn uống, dịch vụ lưu trú, giải trí – thể thao – mua sắm, tài chính, ngân hàng, giao thông công cộng, trạm xăng, y tế.
• Trải nghiệm khám phá tour du lịch ảnh 360, VR360.
• Tra cứu tìm kiếm các thông tin sản phẩm du lịch đặc trưng: du lịch gắn với sản phẩm OCOP, làng nghề thủ công mĩ nghệ, làng nghề truyền thống.
• Chia sẻ thông tin du lịch đến bạn bè bằng mã QR-Code, hỗ trợ đa nền tảng mạng xã hội.
• Lưu lại các điểm hớp dẫn, tạo các tour tuyến hành trình cá nhân và chia sẻ.
• Tham gia đóng góp vào nền tảng…vv

3.2 Tổ chức, cá nhân, doanh nghiệp hoạt động du lịch

• Có thể khởi tạo đưa thông tin (địa điểm, dịch vụ, tuyến hành trình, sự kiên…vv) du lịch lên nền tảng, tạo điểm nhấn hấp dẫn kích cầu du lịch.
• Có thể khai báo thông tin với cấp quản lý phục vụ báo cáo theo Thông tư số 18/2021/TT-BVHTTDL ngày 31 tháng 12 năm 2021, theo đối tượng như:
• Kết quả kinh doanh của tổ chức, cá nhân
• Kết quả kinh doanh dịch vụ lữ hành
• Kết quả kinh doanh của khu, điểm du lịch; cơ sở kinh doanh dịch vụ du lịch khác đạt tiêu chuẩn phục vụ khách du lịch
• Xuất gửi báo cáo theo mẫu quy định theo thông tư 18
• Có thể kiểm tra, tra cứu thông tin với CSDL Du lịch Việt Nam;
• Đề xuất đóng góp dữ liệu về CSDL Du lịch Việt Nam theo các hạng mục: cơ sở lưu trú, điểm đến, điểm mua sắm, vui chơi giải trí, nhà hàng….vv

4. NHÀ QUẢN LÝ

• Quản lý giám sát tập trung toàn bộ dữ liệu phục vụ du lịch trên địa bàn tỉnh.
• Quản lý giám sát, xác minh đánh giá sản phẩm dịch vụ du lịch của các tổ chức, cá nhân, doanh nghiệp kinh doanh trên địa bàn tỉnh.
• Đồng bộ thông nhất tập trung quy trình khai báo thông tin (workflow) từ cấp Sở, đến cấp Phòng, đến doanh nghiệp.
• Đồng bộ thông tin du lịch tích hợp đến các hệ thống truyền thông quản bá sâu rộng văn hóa và du lịch tỉnh.
• Thông kê theo thời gian thực, kết nối truyền thông số với trung tâm điều hành, kết nối liên ngành.
